Our KODAMA ORGANIC YOUNG BARLEY GRASS EXTRACT is special.
Because we care about the product, even from the point of growing crops. We would like to present how we produce our products.
(1)Seed variety：Our barley is "赤神力(akashinriki)"
We grow it up organically and it contains more vitamins, minerals, enzymes, and chlorophyll compared to other varieties of barley.
(2)Fields： The farmers' work is not only to grow up the grass. They prepare and tend the fields throughout the year. Preparing the ground, in particular, is very important to growing strong barley green grass.
・ April to September
⇒ Plough and prepare the ground.
⇒ Sow the seeds.
⇒ Tend the fields.
・ December to March
⇒ Harvest and powder the grass the same day to retain its freshness.
２．UNIQUE MANUFACTURING PROCESS
The goal when processing KODAMA'S" green grass extract is to retain the original energy and nutrition, including SOD, of the young barley grass.
We preserve the grass by evaporating the moisture in a low-temperature airflow. Using this method, we can produce the powder sooner after it has been harvested early in the morning.
The harvesting period is from December to the beginning of March. Harvesting starts in the chilly early morning before the sun rises. The harvest finishes before 8 in the morning and the grass is carried speedily to the factory wash and processed.
We care about the product, even the process of its material to grow. We would like to present how we produce our products.
